By using this website or placing an order with Tool, Not Master, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

The Tool, Not Master Kit includes a physical phone case produced on demand and a set of digital materials (the Protocol, the Commitment Collection, and the Tracker). Product images are as accurate as we can make them; minor variation is inherent to the manufacturing process.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may be converted to your local currency at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse orders, or cancel orders if a product is listed at an incorrect price or is otherwise unavailable.

Delivery, replacement, and refund terms are described on our Shipping and Returns & Refunds pages and form part of these terms.

When you buy the kit, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the digital materials for your own reflection and practice. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them in whole or in part without written permission.

Tool, Not Master is a digital-wellbeing product. Nothing in the kit is medical, psychological, or clinical advice. If you're struggling with your relationship to technology, mental health, or addiction, please speak to a qualified professional.

The Tool, Not Master name, mark, product design, copy, and digital materials are the property of Tool, Not Master. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tool, Not Master is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the product. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
