How your kit reaches you.

Every order contains a physical case and a digital system. They arrive separately.

• The Case — produced on demand and shipped to your address.
• The Protocol, Commitment Collection, and Tracker — delivered to your inbox as digital downloads once your order has been fulfilled.

Your case is made to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before it ships. This keeps us waste-free — we don't hold inventory of cases nobody bought.

Once your case ships, typical delivery windows are:

• United States — 4 to 8 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe — 5 to 10 business days
• Canada, Australia, New Zealand — 7 to 14 business days
• Rest of world — 10 to 20 business days

These are estimates from our fulfilment partner and can vary during peak seasons or due to customs. They are not guarantees.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. The digital system is included in the $39 kit price at no extra cost.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your case leaves the production facility. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days of ordering, get in touch and we'll investigate.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price at checkout.

If you enter the wrong shipping address, send us a message through the contact page within 24 hours of ordering. Once the case has entered production, we cannot change the delivery address.
