Returns & refunds.

Use the case, follow the protocol, and track your screen time for 14 days. If your screen time doesn't go down, contact us and we'll personally check in, review what isn't working, and help you get more from the system. If it still doesn't work, we'll refund you in full.

The guarantee requires genuine use of the 14-day protocol. We may ask to verify participation and screen-time results. Return of the physical kit is required for a refund.

Each case is produced individually after you place your order. We don't hold inventory. Outside the 14-day Zero-Failure Guarantee, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or wrong size selection.

We stand behind the product. If your case arrives with a manufacturing defect, visible damage from shipping, or is the wrong model, we will replace it free of charge.

Send us a message on the contact page within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A photo of the shipping label if the packaging is damaged

Once approved, we'll produce and ship a replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the original case.

The Protocol, Commitment Collection, and Tracker are digital downloads. Because they're delivered once your order has been fulfilled and cannot be returned, they are non-refundable once accessed.

If you can't download or open your files, send us a message through the contact page and we'll fix it.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started. After that, cancellation is not possible because your case is already being made.

If tracking shows your case has been lost or hasn't updated for 15 business days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and, if needed, send a replacement.

Where a refund is issued, it will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
